EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept size exchanges within 7 days 
of delivery date.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
- Item must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must be intact
- Item must be in original packaging
- Sale items are not eligible for exchange

HOW TO EXCHANGE
1. WhatsApp us your order number
2. Tell us the size you need
3. We arrange pickup and delivery
4. New size dispatched within 2 business days

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
If you received a damaged or wrong item, 
contact us within 48 hours of delivery 
with a photo. We will replace it 
at no extra cost.

cash refunds — store credit or 
size exchange only.
